Reservation

    We offer our rules of reservation – loyal and convenient for you:

•    reservation is free
•    we give a guarantee of the reservation without tiresome advance payments – only upon getting from you an e-mail or sms with the information of a surname of a person who makes a reservation and exact dates of arrival.
•    we give out receipt and a full package of accompanying documents
•    cash and clearing settlement
•    early arrival (from 6-00) and late departure (till 18.00) with 50% extra payment are possible
•    reservation cancellation 3 days prior to checking-in assumes return of the full sum of advance payment
•    unfortunately, we don’t accept payment cards on the spot, however, if the payment by a plastic card is by all means important for you, we can remove payment if you provide us with the information of your card.
•    While waiting for checking-in you can stay in the territory of the hostel.
